Using Ignite for 51С�Ƴ� Open Enrollment

Ignite is available as both a website and a mobile application. We encourage you to use the device you are most familiar with for open enrollment. For help with your passphrase reset or account access, please reach out to the IT helpdesk: 508-793-3548 or helpdesk-request@holycross.edu.��

Access Ignite on your Desktop Computer:

Go to�� in your web browser.

• *Make sure you are logged into your 51С�Ƴ� account in your browser first
• Open Google
• Click “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen
  • If you are already logged into your personal account, click your profile picture in the top right corner
  • Click “Add Account” and sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� email address and password
  • Sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� email address and password��

• When prompted, sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� username and password.
• Once you're on the site, click on “Apps” in the upper right hand corner.
• Click on HR Self-Service to begin the election process for open enrollment. View the Open Enrollment Instructional Video - coming soon��

Downloading Ignite to your Mobile Device:

Go to�� in your web browser.

• *Make sure you are logged into your 51С�Ƴ� account in your browser first
• Open Google
• Click “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen
  • If you are already logged into your personal account, click your profile picture in the top right corner
  • Click “Add Account” and sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� email address and password
  • Sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� email address and password��

• When prompted, sign in with your 51С�Ƴ� username and password.
• If you have an Android phone:
  • Search for “Ignite by 51С�Ƴ�” in the Google Play store and download the app directly to your phone.
• If you have an iPhone:
  • Scroll down the bottom of the Ignite page and click on “Download to App Store”
  • Scan the QR code to download or send a unique download link to your 51С�Ƴ� email

What to do if the steps above don't work:

Download the Parent Application Instead (Simpplr)

Simpplr is the parent application for Ignite, offering all the same functionalities. In the App Store, type in Simpplr. Download that app and log in with your 51С�Ƴ� username and password.

Your app will have a different appearance, but identical offerings.��
