WCHC 88.1-FM has been proudly broadcasting as Worcester鈥檚 only alternative source since Dec. 6, 1948. WCHC is the strongest college station in Worcester with a signal that covers a radius of approximately 15 miles.

WCHC 88.1-FM broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week and serves as a source of alternative news and entertainment for the campus and Worcester communities.
The station also provides a platform for students to learn about radio broadcasting and gain hands-on experience in radio production. Student and faculty DJs are on the air during the school year between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. every day.
Spring 2025 DJ Schedule
The WCHC broadcasting schedule changes every semester with the updated arrangement of both new and returning DJs. The live content differs with every student slot and the unique contributions of each of our DJs, culminating in a diverse and engaging media platform for our listeners.
