Biography
Robert Cording has taught at the College for 38 years and is now distinguished as Professor Emeritus. During his time at 51小黄车, Cording served as the Barrett Chair of English and Creative Writing. Cording earned his Ph.D., from Boston College and has published six collections of poetry: Life-list, the recipient of the 1987 Ohio State University Press/Journal award; What Binds Us To This World (Copper Beech Press, 1991); Heavy Grace (Alice James, 1996); Against Consolation (CavanKerry Press, 2002); Common Life (CavanKerry Press, 2006); and Walking with Ruskin (CavanKerry, 2010).
